Pine Pollen and Green Tea Pollen

1tsp First thing when you awaking from sleep to better absorb the micro-nutrients.

1tsp any time during same day

It is of the utmost importance to take the pollen continuously for benefits

Shilajit

Start off with 1/4-1/2 tsp daily to see how you react. Slowly increase dosage to desired level. It is highly recommend to work your way up to and take at least 1 tsp daily. On days with extra activity increase to 2 tsp throughout day.

Black Ant Extract

For nutritional benefits it is recommended to take ½ – 1 tsp 2 times a day.

Again first thing in the morning for better absorption.
